Wish i could give this place a zero....terrible staff. My father was there and the care he received was horrible. They never listen to us the cna were rude and lazy. I am a cna in another state and i saw so much abuse and neglect . Gave him wrong feeding formula and had in almost in a coma.

The therpy team was nice but not aggressive. They didnt want to answer the call lights never had caring staff. They take every shortcut possible.And necna would tell us that he was not their patient and they would leave him wet and full of bm. So much that we steped in and performed his adl. Never once gave my father a real shower in months only a bed bath. One nurse sent my father to er and she got in trouble bc they wanted him to die there for the insurance money.
We were also taught how to properly bathe her and how to give her medicine. Thankfully, we are now able to have her at home. We know how to care for her because of the training we received at Palm Garden and I am forever grateful to them.
